Your Body Has Been Trying to Tell You Something.
You Just Haven't Had the Bandwidth to Listen.
You’ve been busy taking care of everyone and everything else.
And when you’re the one holding it all together, it’s easy to put yourself last.
Maybe lately you've noticed:
- You're eating whatever's fastest and dealing with the bloating, crashes or discomfort after
- You've been blaming "just getting older" for symptoms that might have more to do with years of unaddressed stress than with age
- You've tried the latest supplement or protocol you saw online without really knowing what your body needs
- Your labs came back "normal," and you still don't feel like yourself
Your body isn't something you need to fight.
And taking care of yourself doesn't have to mean completely changing your life overnight.
Sometimes it starts by slowing down long enough to notice what you've been ignoring — your energy, your habits, your sleep, your nutrition, your movement and the way everyday stress is affecting how you feel.
Then we start making small changes that actually fit your real life.
What is your body asking you to pay attention to?
↓
When you realize that your struggles didn’t happen because you were weak or lacked discipline, you can stop fighting yourself and start understanding what shaped your habits.
Self-care begins with kindness, not more shame and blame. Your eating patterns may have become a way to cope with stress, overwhelm, or simply getting through the day.
When you begin to understand those patterns, support your body, and create a greater sense of safety within yourself, you can start making different choices — not from punishment, but from care.
That’s when change can become something you can actually sustain.
Nothing About Your Symptoms Is Random
Bloating. Fatigue. Brain fog. Trouble sleeping. Most of us learn to treat these as background noise — something to push through, medicate around, or wait out.
I don't see them as noise. I see them as your body's most direct way of telling you something needs attention.
That's why I treat those signals as data instead of annoyances. Instead of chasing one symptom at a time, we look at what tends to influence them — gut health, nutrition, stress load, sleep, daily habits — and build a plan around your body's actual patterns.
This Isn't Another 30-Day Reset.
Most wellness advice online is built for a generic body: an elimination diet, a 30-day challenge, a supplement stack copied from someone whose life looks nothing like yours.
It might work for a few weeks. It rarely holds up against your actual, ongoing life.
I start with your body specifically — your gut, your energy patterns, your history — and help you build nutrition and lifestyle habits around what you actually need, not a protocol borrowed from someone else's.
The Walk IT Free™ For Life Wellness
Three stages build the person behind the business.
01
Heal
We address your physical foundation directly — nutrition, gut health, sleep and stress recovery — so your body has what it actually needs to function, not just get you through the day.
What is my body currently missing?

02
Connect
You reconnect with your body's actual signals — hunger, fullness, energy, discomfort — instead of overriding them with rules, diets or sheer willpower.
What is this symptom actually telling me?

03
Level Up
Together, we build nutrition and lifestyle habits you can sustain in a real life — not a 30-day plan, but a way of eating and living that holds up on an ordinary Tuesday, not just a good week.
What does this actually look like once life gets busy again?
"Is there a specific health moment — your own gut health or energy journey, or watching your mother go through cancer treatment — you'd want referenced here in first person?" One real sentence in her own words would anchor this section the way her personal story anchors the other pages.
What Happens When We Work Together
You Don't Need a Diagnosis to Deserve to Feel Better.
You don't need your labs to come back abnormal before your symptoms count. Discomfort doesn't have to become an emergency before it's worth addressing.
I can't promise a specific outcome — every body is different, and this isn't a substitute for medical care. But I can help you understand your body well enough to actually support it, instead of guessing at what it needs
A Note From
Stephanie Zima
I didn't build the wellness side of Walk IT Free™ from a textbook.
I built it from life.
I watched my own mother battle ovarian cancer. I sat beside someone I loved as she faced pain, regret, and the reality that tomorrow isn't guaranteed. That experience changed the way I think about our bodies, our health, and how easy it is to put ourselves last until something forces
us to pay attention.
I also became a mother later in life. I had my first daughter at 35, my second at 37, and my
youngest at 41.
Now, in my 50s, I'm raising my girls on my own while working, building a business, and navigating everything that comes with this season of life.
And I need my body to carry me through it.
I'm not skinny. I haven't reached some magical "after" picture. I'm still on my own wellness journey.
But I've learned something that matters far more to me:
My body has been there for me through all of it. So I've learned to be there for my body, too.
Today, I focus on creating balance — regulating my nervous system, giving myself permission to rest, staying active, nourishing my body well, and using quality supplements as additional support.
I don't do these things because I'm trying to create a perfect body.
I do them because I want the energy to raise my children. I want to be strong enough to build the life and business I still dream about. I want to travel, experience life, and be present for the people I love.
I'm a Certified Life & Wellness Coach, and I've spent years studying coaching, leadership, wellness, and personal transformation. But much of what I teach was first something I had to learn for myself.
I had to stop fighting my body and start working with it.
That's why I created the Heal • Connect • Level Up™ framework.
Heal what has kept you stuck.
Connect with what your body and life need now.
Level Up by building habits that support the life you actually want to live.
I'm still walking it, too.
And maybe that's exactly the point.
You don't have to wait until you've reached the finish line to start caring for the body that's carrying you there.
If you're ready, I'd be honored to walk it with you.
Your Wellness Plan Should Fit Your Life.
There Isn't One Program That Works for Everyone.
You don't need another one-size-fits-all plan telling you what you should be doing. Your body, your lifestyle, your goals and the amount of support you need are personal.
That's why every Walk IT Free™ Wellness Coaching journey starts with a Wellness Assessment.
We'll look at where you are right now — your energy, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, daily habits, current wellness support and what you would most like to change.
We'll also look at something just as important:
What can you realistically commit to in this season of your life?
From there, we can create a coaching plan around you, including the right duration, level of accountability, intensity and support.
You don't need to have it all figured out before you begin.
You just need to know you're ready to start taking care of you, too.
The assessment is simply the first step. There is no obligation to enroll in coaching.
